he's rarely talked about, but I've never heard a bad thing about him. he gets good attention in the TCG, more often than not they saddle a Magcargo with a really nice ability that'll set on your bench, usually letting you boost consistency or gain energy. I always liked how the TCG does that for mons like Magcargo, Octillery, and Garbodor, they might not be good vidya but the card game lets them shine
