>>46986453>Lived in a forest Not very, without any access to soap there's only so much cleanliness and hygiene it can sustain reasonably. I will say if it lived nearby a Pokemon that valued cleanliness and hygiene and had a method in which it could keep multiple people clean it would be able to go to them for that.
>Lived in a city or nearby a citySometimes people forget that "Wild Pokemon" just means its not captured, not where it lives. The Ralts Line is an urban environment pokemon so it wouldn't be uncommon to see one in a city. There it might actually be a tiny bit more hygienic as it might get access to discarded soaps, perfume/colognes, toothpaste, brushes, towels, etc. There's probably water around that cleaned regularly so that can help too. They also have the luxury of just teleporting into public or private bathrooms and cleaning themselves.
