>>54009924It's always sort of been nonsense. As far as I know, traditionally it's always been Ultra rare and (maybe) secret rare as the highest? But there were never really official terms and fans had to resort to labeling things as full arts, alt arts, rainbow rares, etc.
Now starting in Scarlet/Violet they've overhauled the rarity system to have a bit more distinctions.
