B2W2 > GSC > BW = Pt = HGSS = SnS > RSE = ORAS = FRLG > RGBY > SM = USM > XY > DP
I will probably put the DP remakes below GSC. My most played games are in order: Gen 3, Gen 2, and Gen 4. I hate replaying Gen4 because of how fucking slow it is. Honestly, everything between B2W2 and XY > DP does not matter. I really disliked XY, but I will acknowledge that the original DP aged the worst of any game.
