I almost thought this meant I couldn't use my annoying as fuck skarmory in PGL competitions, but I found out I could have recreated my BW Skarmory (currently locked in gen 6) that I had to breed in HG from BW2 onward. Also, destiny knot wasn't a thing in Gen 4, so it won't take nearly as long as it did the first time to get good IVs on it
