Pangoro has a stylized long jacket coming out of its back, Beartic does not
Beartic has a "beard" of icicles that form under its mouth
Pangoro has a twig clenched between its teeth
Beartic's head is peaked like a mountain, Pangoro's is round and fuzzy
Pangoro has fuzzier fur in general, with spikes around the cuffs of its limbs to enhance the impression that it is wearing a coat, whereas Beartics form is sleeker with more straight lines
To make a point I have only listed differences that don't occur in the actual animals the two are based on. If included, color scheme and ear shape would also be differences. The similarities in their design are wholly down to them both being based on bears which, stop the fucking presses, look pretty damn similar. So apparantly you won't be happy unless they make a panda Pokemon that doesn't at all resemble a bear.
People like you will never be satisfied. They literally gave a Pokemon a fucking coat and it's still not distinct enough in your eyes.
