Milotic? Graceful, so whiskers and flowing tail.
Onix and Steelix? Rough, rock snakes, so more geometric shapes. Steelix gets smoother to emphasize steel and evolution.
Serperior? Leaf-like extrusions, and pointy.
Seviper? Large fangs to emphasize that it's poisonous. Curled up in the image like it's waiting to strike.
Arbok? Large cobra hood, speaks for itself.
Rayquaza? Thin and long, emphasizes speed.
Dragoniar? Simple silhouette with the feathery ears. Elegant and speaks of flying.
