A straw-man fallacy is when you use an intentionally misrepresented proposition that is made up because it's easier to defeat than finding a real argument to defeat the opponent with.
Example: "I want a lower punishment for criminals." -> "Oh, so you want there to be more crime!" (Strawman fallacy)
OR another good example:
"I don't see the appeal of women sucking on one's finger" -> "Oh, so you're a virgin then? Pls have sex." (Strawman fallacy)
