For context, I haven't played a pokemon game since gen5, but I played a lot of gen6 in showdown and absolutely loved Talonflame.
So after picking up this game, naming myself Scarlet and choosing the fire starter, the first wild mon I saw was a Fletchling and that made me want to try a monotype fire run.
I'm still figuring out who do I want as the 6th mon (maybe Torkoal or Armarouge?). Also considering ditching the Rotom as punishment for cheating with non-fire forms.
