I'm considering passing on it though since the only things it'd cover are steel [which a rain-boosted surf handles in most cases that aren't Ferrothorn, Empoleon, or Dialga] and dark types [which I dont think he'd stay in on anyways]. I could re-teach my Darmanitan Hammer Arm as well.
