Decided to do more of my favourites, but had a hard time making Luxray because his moves are shit and I didn't know what to do theme-wise, so here's this;
>Mega Luxray
>Electric/Psychic
>Ability: CompoundEyes/Keen Eye/Intimidate/something related to it having X-Ray vision
>HP:80/ATK:145(+25)/DEF:89(+10)/SPATK:110(+15)/SPDEF:99(+20)/SPD:100(+30)
>Gets basic psychic moves, like Miracle Eye, Future Sight, Zen Headbutt, Psychic, etc etc.
The idea was that it trained it's super cool eyes so well it could see things before they happened, therefore Psychic typing. Dumb reason, but whatever.
