The prevo lives its life attaching to rocks for anchoring/nutrients/etc. It's always searching for bigger and bigger rocks. Once it finds a rock big enough, it evolves, absorbing the rock and forming an entire body for itself around that rock as a base, making the rock kind of like a skeleton of sorts.
The evo always seems to have a salty disposition
