1. vs Cameron: Some people call this the worst-written League Eps because Cameron is an idiot who fought 5 v 6. That is not the reason why it is bad. It is the fact that Cameron gave himself a handicap and still clawed himself back to victory despite being in a 3 v 1. Now in this kind of situation all you really need to do is to keep hitting until the other side quits. This is a battle that Ash SHOULD have won but he found a way to bottle it. To make it worse, Cameron seems to be a beginner trainer while Ash was, by this point, an "experienced" protagonist. This is not to take any credit away from Cameron. If this was Showdown he'd be that fag who goes in against a 6 with a 3 Mon Team- and that is all he needs cause he'd have set up 8 rounds of screens and boosts. I'd like to see that again. Cameron v Ash rematch. This time St Cameron only needs three Pokemon.
2. vs Ritchie: Gonna have to put this second cause Ash got heckled by the ground and his team was partly fucked by Force Majeure as well as one of his Pokemon having behavioural issues in public.
3. vs Tobias: Ash got clowned in this one but I can't be too angry with him here. Hell, I left feeling more angry at Tobias for being such a poorly conceived character. Based on his entry as well as the results of the League Tobias is that guy who swept everyone INCLUDING the Grand Finalist with just his Darkrai- and Ash put up more of a fight than the actual Grand Finalist. He seem to have come in with two ideas to beat Darkrai. Tobias is that 10 year old uber spammer who beats the game with a Legendary dropped into the anime and no-one, not even "Best Ash." No-one short of maybe the E4 and Cynthia could have beaten him.
