I liked Toucannon even before the promo card just because 1 energy consistent colorless 70 damage is almost as horrifying as T18, and Toucannon being a non-Ex means all the anti-Ex mons have to find other ways to deal with it. The burns aren't consistent but often times they make a difference between winning and losing.
Toucannon fucks with Giratina pretty hard, I'm just trying to figure what's the best support for it. I hate Grenigger and Giratina still being meta.
