Legit, I do agree that SM/JN era had a lot of visual sight gags with preposterous shit happening in the background. HZ has done a little, with Croc constantly going and "having sex" with everything, or Sprig getting fed up with it. The humans could definitely stand to be the butt of more jokes though. Friede forgetting to tell people crucial information isn't really the same thing in this case.
