Inteleon, even without its hidden ability, looks like a solid OU tier pokemon.
Rillaboom can hit the hardest out of the starters, and benefits from having speed control. This pokemon should sit comfortably in UU with potential to become banned to OU.
Cinderace does not have the stats or moves to make up for being fire type. This pokemon will likely be RU. A very solid comparison is Salazzle, as their offensive stats are nearly identical, with the exception that Cinderace is physical. Due to the cut number of pokemon, Cinderace may end up becoming UU.
