The character development, Ash organic progression as a trainer, callbacks to past seasons, Pokémon team , character interactions, main girl, rivals and battles. It pays tribute to the past and delivers. Everything feels genuine and full of life. Future seasons may try to replicate it but DP will never be topped because is the peak of everything the Pokémon Anime has to offer in one package.
