This is literally Pokemon if Game Freak would only made shilling Pokémon. In other words, no one of them are shilling because no one stands out among the rest.
People shit on Pokémon because they has made ugly, weird or goofy Pokémon, but this is part of the charm of this series. We got enviable design diversy, and everyone has his own endearable purpose.
TemTem is literally "I made this because looks alright". And this is a fact, you only have to see that they have asked for the opinion of the people to choose a design among multiple choices sometimes, so designs who could have more lore than "it fights" or "it's cool" are removed in favor of Fake Lucario or Fake Gardevoir
