The game doesn't tell you this anywhere, but Pawniard and Bisharp are available inside the Castle of Goomidra on the room you fight (not) Ganon.

>>54866285Yeah, the Crest is garbage, Dedenne has 102 speed that gets turned into it's attack, which is still pretty much nothing, they should have given it a stronger boost but NOOOOOOOOOOOOO, it has to be stuck after Dive and it has to be shit.
