>>54544288I'm actually a fan of this little guy. It's movepool in Gen 3 is actually pretty darn good all things considered, and contrary to what you'd believe, its ability can be super useful. Keep in mind that Hoenn is home to numerous notable Water-type trainers whose Pokemon primarily carry Water and Ice moves. Kecleon will resist all of their attacks using Color Change and his fantastic Sp. Def. He doesn't light the world on fire, but Kecleon is definitely an underappreciated bro.
