Design has no impact on this whatsoever since theme or profession alone doesn't define who or what one is. You could go into a building filled to the brim with copy-paste business men irl but underneath the suits and shades each of these people are their own unique person, each with different personality types, talents, quirks, etc.
To say otherwise is just a lack of imagination.
