He makes a few marks onto the clipboard, "Everything. Walking all the way from Twinleaf to Sandgem back and forth twice a day is clearly an unnecessary burden, and living alone is just an accident asking to happen. Who's going to help you if you choke on a pizza pocket?"

"One doesn't have hands and the other one does, but they're too stubby. No Lucas, I find that your style of living isn't up to date with what the lab deems as "acceptable". So as part of a mass renovation, we're moving you and any other qualifying employees into a nearby apartment complex to stay near the lab in case, something bad happens and the like."
After thinking about it, you realize that, for bad news, that's not actually that bad. So as long as you still don't have to pay for anything, that is.
"That's really not that bad though, sir."
"I'm not finished yet, Lucas. See, it *would* have been good news, provided that you came to me earlier so I could assign you a room. Ahem. They're all full now."

"I know, it's sad, but true. Please save the worries for later though, Lucas. As we were able to find you one occupant who was caring enough to take you in."
