Aside from the obvious and popular ones (Gardevoir, Lopunny, etc.) and all of the Eeveelutions, I'm mainly into Dragon types. Especially when they're dressed up like cute maids. I REALLY love Gardevoir and Meloetta, but I can't resist a cute dragon maid. Lilligant is also somewhere up there. And pretty much anything that has somewhat humanoid features or can easily mesh well into porn. I can take Pokemon in their natural form, or anthro type things as well as the popular "gijinka" thing that's been going around for a while.
