Currently almost everyone wants them to be changed (of people who do comment naturally) and some want a lower BST, but its hard to say which one of the two that would be (I think most people say Bullotus).

Again - BST isnt really that big of a deal as people make it to be in-game, unless you really reset until you get perfect IVs.
