The masses of mindless supporters and casuals that simply do not care is greater than those who have risen up and been brave enough to publicly complain.
If Gen 9 can truly redeem Game Freak for me, then I'll be happy again, but as it stands now I have lost all hope.
Game Freak is a mismanaged game development company that needs a complete restructuring for them to make something good. The games they make are too big and too challenging for them but they simply will not admit it because they want to have a tight grip on the 1/3 of the IP because without Pokémon, they would be bankrupt.
I had already stopped caring about Pokémon after Gen 6, but I had a tiny sliver of hope left for Gen 8... That is all gone now. I'm ready to let go. It's sad, but I'm letting go. I only came back to /vp/ to see the leaks.
