i do like the change, but i think it changes the state of iconic types like electric, flying, and steel in cases that may boost them too much as an effect. Flying has FEW weaknesses without rock. and it SHOULD remain. Steel can be argued is stronger than earth because it is refined earth, but that has FEW weaknesses and that balance should be preserved.
But then it becomes a type that is STUPIDLY good.
While on the flip side making a good type that makes grass and ice better, i like the idea but not sure if it warrants making a catch all power type. Not quite sure on the fighting type, as the rock bit makes it useful, and removing it takes away from it's power, but i feel that it still is relevant due to dark, ice and normal, but can be argued.
Electric MUST have the weakness as it IS the only weakness to electric.
