I use masterpiece and sometimes a few other tags from another anon in the thread. Novel has built-in quality and negative prompts you can toggle.
It still struggles with hands and feet. It does them alright sometimes, it's just up to luck and your prompt.
I use dmp++2s ancestral and I haven't really tried smea or dyn that much.
>>55172578It can with V2's Pallet Swap. I'd suggest going in and paint bucketing the correct colors, then putting it in V3's image2image between 0.5 to 0.7. That should give you better results than just Pallet Swap.
