With these changes, Golduck could act as a slower, but more powerful alternative to Starmie with similar bulk but less utility/status moves
With it's two speed-boosting abilities, it could either abuse Rain or Psychic Terrain. Meaning it can fit on a variety of different teams. Psycho Prowl synergizes especially well w/ Expanding Force

New Abilities: Solar Power/Volt Absorb/(HA)Blaze
New Moves: Earth Power, Explosion, Hurricane, Twister, Thunder, Thunderbolt, Discharge
I've decided to give it Solar Power to make it more unique as a Fire-Type. I know Charizard already gets SP, but I think Zard should get different abilities anyway. I gave Typhlosion Volt Absorb/Electric-Type moves because thunderstorms happen near volcanoes and a Fire-Type immune to Electric-Type moves is unique and would give Typhlosion something over other similar Fire-Types
