Which actually did happen once, when they googled "Pokemon World Map" and grabbed the first result to shove in the game. Without realizing the first result was a goddamn Minecraft mod website where some kid just took the image off
Serebii.net, added red text to it, and slapped it as the main image of his minecraft mod. (you can still see traces of the red text if you zoom in and look very carefully)
