Ruka's Jynx is the obvious answer. At the time Ruka didn't even know smoochum could evolve. She just did her hair, brushed it, did her makeup, took baths together, slept together, cooked together, ate together and read fashion mags together. And literally overnight Smoochum evolved into Jynx,
When it first happened Jynx was worried Ruka wouldn't like her anymore because she changed so much. But Ruka that Jynx was even CUTER than Smoochum and the rest is history.
Offhand her Oddish evolved pretty quickly. Oddish only won a battle or 2 before it evolved. Which is funny cuz it smells terrible and Ruka's stuck with it for a while. But Ruka still finds it cute and gives it just as much love as her other pokemon. Just with her nose pinned.
