Hanke needs to get his shit together with these Rocket events. Crappy grunts and leaders aside, at this rate, no one is gonna have this platinum medal until literally 2030. The three Kanto birds were released within months of each other, because pre-pandemic Niantic understood that 4 legendaries over the course of one year was way too fucking slow. I assumed Season of GO was gonna be the point where Niantic would stop doing this, since the event schedule returned to its pre-pandemic rate, but we're still moving at one legendary per season and it's absolutely ridiculous.
