I'd imagine she'd keep it on during work but change out of it in her off time which I feel like she isn't allowed to do right now, or she doesn't get time off at all. Also I like to imagine Jacinthe would start to let her wear matching outfits during high-class parties instead of having to stick to the maid uniform all the time.
