Then shouldn't Snowking be uber fast, since he's one of the smartest Pokémon? What about Pokémon based on smart animais like Ursaring, Stoutland, Emboat, Toucannon, Braviary, Mandibuzz, Honchkrow, Chariot, and Octillery, shouldn't they have the highest speed stat in the game?
