Nintendo really need to get one of their decent devs to actually try their hand at a "main" Pokemon style game. Monolith Soft, Camelot, Next-Level or Intelligent could easily put out a Pokemon game that would put anything out of this franchise since B/W to shame.
Another issue is that your main "normie" Pokemon fan will buy anything Pokemon and defend the company to fucking hell and back. Actual gamers are sick of GF and Nintendo's shit in regards to this franchise, but literally just half an hour ago, in my discord group, posted some of the awful feedback people have about this game from the leaks and people are already getting pissed at me and attacking me like I fucking tried to rape a baby or something. The sad fact is "Pokemon fans" who use VP or r/Pokemon etc aren't the Pokemon fans Nintendo gives a shit about, it's the Pokemon Fan who is a 25-35 year old wo/manchild who spends their entire disposable income on Pokemon because it's HECKIN' CUTE.
