>>38133674 and I've made a good amount of progress since last update. Unfortunately, my starter Croconaw got trapped in a Curse combo in the Ecruteak Gym. There have been a couple close calls against the next two gyms, but thankfully there haven't been any other deaths other than an overleveled Weedle I caught in the Bug Catching Contest.
Now that I have 6 badges, I will make my way to the Lake of Rage. I may put away the current team and pull out some lower level guys to raise the stakes a little bit.
