After the siege the last of the boss' Pokemon becomes available in a certain skyscraper, RG already showed the rewards yesterday, but it's basically a choice between some good Fairy types or telling the boss you hate eggs and Fairies and I think now he just gives you EXP candies or money, don't rightly recall, I don't think he gives you leftovers anymore.
