She wants to try to become champion of a region, she wants to win multiple regional Master Rank contests, she wants to go around and "save" people but only after they agree to spread tales of her wonder.
By steadily making it into the news she'll gain notoriety for being "The Girl Who Wields the Fae" and through her fame Fairies will be seen as more than just cutesy weak Pokemon. That's her plan anyway.
I picture that her main downfall is that by not focusing on one thing she's spreading herself thin and won't be able to achieve the greatness she truly wants. No one can feasibly be a master of all these hobbies without being some kind of prodigy. But until she realizes that she'll have to deal with just being carried by her money and family name.
