A bit of an elaborate ruse for total stranger on a vietnamese basket weaving forum. But the fact that anyone gave away a free shiny in the first place is already kind of crazy.
The reason I think it might be hacked is because Pokemon HOME says it was caught in 2011 which should be impossible. But maybe the guy's 3DS clock wasn't set correctly?
