>>42679877Fresh is when they first hatch from egg. In Training is usually a useless floating head. Rookie is base form they assume 90% of the time. Champion is sometimes base form and usually stronger, often it is temporary and they revert back to Rookie at end of battle Ultimate is stronger than Champ and usually requires some kind of special doo-hickey to achieve. Mega is strongest form possible but exhausting to stay in for long and they almost always need some stupid plot relevant device to get there. Again, it's typically a temporary form, they almost always revert to Rookie at the end of the battle, maybe champion if they're cool like that.
