>>49407439Even as someone who barely touches online play, I would love this. They could remove the emphasis on PvP from the mainline mechanics so they could focus on more meaningful mechanics, a better postgame or hopefully something like multiplayer exploration or missions.
All this while having a game (or series) developed by a third party studio focused on battling alike like Battle Revolution. They could focus on making the battles look amazing, have an actual global leaderboard/ranking, official and player-made tournaments, have specific cups/rulesets and even a single-player campaign and most importantly, have all the fucking Pokémon in it.
