>>30976172If you're going to use the thing, you may as well. All the times I used P-Z in 3vs3, it never did much without the scarf. I guess Agility Life Orb has better potential, but at least with Scarf you're all but guaranteed to get one move off.
Personally, as a Normalfag, I never saw a reason to scarf anything but a bird. U-Turn, high power and speed, etc.
