The only one I see being likely is the HMs being replaced by skills.
The one I really hope for the most is Primal Arceus. The need to really make the god of all pokemon God again. Perhaps after collecting all the plates they "merge" into one that can be a held item that allows Arceus to choose and swap its type to any other during each turn. Completely overpowered, as God should be.
