Y'know, among the animal kingdom, fruit bats, (like the kind Woo/Swoobat are based on,) show some of the highest rates of oral sex of all living creatures. Fellatio, Cunnilingus, you name it. Both sexes do it and do it often.
Swoobat is the 'Courting' Pokémon, after all. It seems to be all about....romance, more than anything else. But of course, there's nothing wrong with that.
