If they can't hit both Fairy AND Steel types at the same time, they're shit now. One of the reasons why no dragons fell out of Ubers this gen is because they all have excellent options for attacking or defending themselves.
Dragonite, Kingdra, Charizard-X all have auxhilary options outside their Dragon moves to hit them both. Even competitively lesser Dragons like Kyurem and Flygon can hit both most of the time, or can at least switch out safely. Fucking Hydreigon still has use.
Salamence is shit now. It needs a physical Flying move with at least 90 base power and little to no downsides to compete with Garchomp and the likes. Latios? Any special Fire move better than HP Fire would do nicely, though it needed this for years now. Earth Power would do it nicely too.
Better yet, build a team that would allow them to never worry about Steel and Fairy types, because they're certainly not perfect either.
