Junbilife villiage is the NEWEST (and thanks to Galaxy team it grows to the largest city in Sinnoh), but there's absolutely going to be more than that. Playing BDSP before release, hell looking at their released Hisuian map tells you that,with pockets of Dialga/Palkia clan people scattered around near Veilstone, up at Snowpoint temple and of course the ubiquitous shrine on top of Coronet, looking from an angle (from Jubilife to central Sinnoh) hiding the settlement on the eastern side of the mountain.
