This thing was just so bad. Its damage output was mediocre, it was slower than I expected and it had pathetic bulk. I used one in Black and it just didn't carry it's weight at all. It had Swift Swim as its ability and I tried to fix its issues with Rain Dance, but that didn't help much either. It had to set up the Rain Dance to outspeed any major opponents, and even a rain-boosted STAB Surf wasn't enought o OHKO anything that wasn't weak to Water. Meanwhile, this thing got 2HKO'd even by neutral hits. It was just a complete disaster from the beginning.
Looking at its base stats, I don't understand why it sucked so much. Seismitoad doesn't look THAT bad, just mediocre, and I've used Watchog in Black without having any trouble so why not this thing? It even had some decent nature, so maybe it got fucked in the IV roulette and had like an IV of 0-5 in every stat. Whatever the reason is, I'm never using Seismitoad again. Such a huge disappointment.
