>>27318988You're probably thinking of this image. Arcanine is pretty much just there as filler because Arcanine's species title is "Legendary Pokemon." Legendary in this case is just the normal descriptor of "described of in legends" (see Pokedex entries) and not the category in which Articuno, Mewtwo, etc reside in.
