Assuming you know the steps to get Ho-oh to appear, if you orb it after it screams at you and flies around, it'll do a barrel roll in the air.
If you don't know how to get Ho-oh to appear, then here you go:
Volcano, lvl 3.
It's easiest to get Ho-oh to spawn directly at the start, where the little Charmander is hiding just before the Shinx in the split in the outcrop. If it doesn't fly past there, just restart the level.
Take a picture of ho-oh as it flies past. This will now trigger the 3 feathers you'll have to find and orb.
As you enter the first cave, make sure you take the alternate path to the RIGHT. This leads you towards the blue lava room.
The first feather is located in the room with Monferno jumping over the crater. You'll see it to your left, caught on the wall. Orb it.
The second feather and third feather are both in the blue lava room. The second one is located under the Torkoal sleeping to your right; hit it with a fluffruit or scan it to wake it and get it to move. The feather is underneath it. Orb the feather. Make sure it's glowing gold, this is the hardest one to orb simply because Torkoal can get in the way of it.
The third and final feather is near the crystabloom in the blue lava room; it's on the ground quite close to it. Orb it.
If you did this correctly, as you enter the last room, golden sparkles will begin to rain down and Ho-oh will emerge to fucking scream directly at you for a 4 star photo. As it begins flying around the room, orb it to make it do a graceful barrel roll. It will also land on the ground after this. Unfortunately, you cannot feed the bird. Sorry.
