>Evolves into Billigerent, and it’s the helicopter parent to Hatchick’s (egg)sheltered child. Its body is slimmer and fits with its slender beak and legs. It actually has a gender difference, with the males having a prominent ‘eyebrow’ esque marking and darker blue accents on its white body. Females have eyelashes and lighter blue, but both look constantly annoyed and make a condescending action: males are posed crossing their wings like arms, females have their wings posed on their hips. Their tails are like white cloth, and they hold their tails under them using their mouth to transport their eggs and Hatchick. Water/Flying, abilities are Unaware and Tangled Feet.
>Early Bug-type is called Focust, which mostly resembles a browny-green locust. Most defining feature is its streamlined main body, having no antennae but a single sharp 'horn' that makes it resemble a spear. When it hops it resembles a spear being thrown, reflected in its attack animations. It occasionally stumbles about and seems disoriented after hopping, giving it a 'rookie' sort of feel. Pure Bug, ability is Hyper Cutter. Shown using Lunge I believe?
>Evolves into Hoppalite, and it's based on the comparison between an army and a swarm of locusts. Very stylised 'spear' on its face, which is its most defining trait - the second most is how buff its legs are. Back legs look ready to support its hops whereas the front legs have two 'half-shields' on them that look like they'd link up with other Hoppalite rather than with themselves. Bug/Fighting, with the new ability Phalanx. This ability passively increases Hoppalite’s defense for each adjacent ally on the field with Phalanx, and actively increases defense by a stage everytime an ally uses a protection move even without the Phalanx ability.
