>>25161367It evolves into a Water/Fairy. Pic related is its final evo (for now, it's subject to change). I actually wanted it to be the Water starter for a region I may or may not make a dex for (the others are a Grass/Poison komodo dragon and a Fire/Ground jackalope).
As for its design, I thought about going for a elegant masquerade kind of look. Like I said though, it might change.
